Handmade Rustic Farm Table
This table is the result of a partnership between myself and Old American Lumber Company. Old American specializes in acquiring and utilizing historic, reclaimed lumber. The timbers used in this table were taken from the cotton mill that was demolished in Buffalo, SC. The frame and structure is comprised of heart pine while the top center panels are made from reclaimed maple. The center panels have exceptional character as they were taken from the “metal shop” section of the mill. As such, the wood has small metal chips and flakes that were embedded into the wood over decades of use. This table seats 6 comfortably. Please contact me with inquires.
Tables such as these are perfect additions to bedroom suits or serve as complimentary sofa and tables. These were made using black walnut with book matched drawer fronts. The finish is hand applied varnish.
Hepplewhite Side Table
This side table was made from Honduran mahogany. Draw your attention to the matching grain pattern on the drawer fronts. The table is accented with diamond and pearl white inlay and is finished with hand applied French polished shellac. Additionally, you will see in the adjacent picture that the dovetail drawers were cut by hand.

Custom made Sofa Tables using reclaimed marble
Recently a customer asked if I could salvage some heirloom marble that had been broken during a move. The marble was originally the top of a dining room buffet. A marble fabricator cut the marble into two pieces and molded the edges. I then recreated two Sheraton style end tables in Cherry Wood. The legs which were turned on the lathe by hand also have flutes. The drawers were made from poplar and contain hand-cut dovetails. The color was a unique color blend created specifically for the project. The finish is lacquer.
Walnut Kitchen Tables
These tables are made with solid walnut lumber. One table has straight, farm country style legs while the other table (unfinished) has curved French country legs.
